Abigail S. Miller, Esq.
Abigail S. Miller received her undergraduate degree from Hamilton College in Clinton, New York, and her Juris Doctorate degree from Saint John’s Law School in 2012.
Between 2010 and 2014, Ms. Miller was a judicial intern for a prominent matrimonial judge in the Queens Supreme Court. She also held jobs as law clerk for the Department of Environmental Protection, and for a financial institution specializing in asset management in midtown Manhattan.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Miller was an Associate at a general practice law firm which concentrated on personal injury, criminal defense, and matrimonial and family law.
At the Law Offices of Lewis C. Edelstein, Esq., Ms. Miller represents clients for all of their civil domestic legal needs.

Kym is a Divorce Mediator qualified by the Center for Divorce Mediation to handle and resolve conflict. She is an active member of the Academy of Professional Law Mediators and has successfully conducted mediation's for clients.
Kym Tinsley is the firm’s Paralegal and Office Administrator. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Hofstra University. Prior to joining the firm, Kym worked in Civil Litigation for seven years and in Matrimonial law. She has sat second chair on trials and interviewed potential witnesses. She also aids in the preparation of clients leading up to trial. In addition to being a paralegal, Kym is also a Divorce Mediator with superb conflict resolution skills. She is a member of the Academy of Professional Family Law Mediators. Outside of the office, Kym is a successful horse enthusiast who devotes her time to rescue horses in danger of being slaughtered.
